Why Do I Disconnect When I Use Phone Why Is My Wi-Fi Connection Disconnecting When The Phone Line Is In Use?

Why is my Wi-Fi connection disconnecting when the phone line is in use? - why do i disconnect when i use phone

I have a D-Link wireless router. All my phone jacks are equipped with a filter. The office does not lose its connection, but my laptop does not work. I need to know how I did not cut my laptop connection when the phone is used to know.

Is the phone line is being used because mobile phones in the 2.4 GHz band have? If you have telephones, it is easy to test this theory. If so, or stop using the phone near the router / computer, or for different devices in another band (5.8 GHz or DECT 6.0)

Some Internet service providers connect to your wireless network connection over the phone, so that, if the phone is used to separate the radio until the phone is not used, there is nothing you can do to correct what to change ISP

Adrian is absolutely correct. The frequency with which it operates the same. Move one or the other, and should help.
