I do not think I know on the East Coast, but I live in MD for several years. Enchanted places I have visited some other places in MD.
Try Governors Bridge Road. Being outside of Annapolis, Bowie. I am perhaps a little out of place, because I do not for a few years ago. Some experiences include a crying child, problems with the car, a fog had suddenly turned and laughed. I must say that it is a very unpleasant place.
I went to another place is Hell House. Your TAPCO State Park near the city, close to Elliott. The history of the House of Hell itself is not bad, but many black people who have visited and opened some doors. Personally, I was there and it is a feeling of nothingness, whileis strangely quiet, very surreal feeling. You can find a huge cross of one of the roads are rubble, which is used as an alternative for Satanic rituals.
You can visit the site and have a fairly accurate list of haunted places across the country.
